Sadhus live a simple life devoted to the gods. Most of them have long hair, walk from town to town, and stay in temples. Sometimes you will find Sadhus outside of temples chanting holy writings in Sanskrit and receiving alms from temple visitors. Some Sadhus speak fluent English, and may even have an academic background, a wife and children.
